Any suggestions for centrepieces that can be made or cheaper to buy.
Reception decorations apart from flowers for centrepiece what else can use on the bridal table.?
What my sister did was get little bowls and put two fish in there and put some floating candles mixed with an array of safe flowers
Reply:For a friend of mine, I did mini baskets (yes I am a guy and NO, I am not gay!!!).
For the women:
I did 6 baskets with 2 small bottles of wine, a candle, a small bottle of cucumber footrub oil, and 4 small dove chocolate bars.
For the guys, 2 small (nips) of Jack Daniels, a 5 dollar gift card to dunkin donuts, two condoms (joke), and a small knife that goes on your keychain.
If was all in good fun, but I got 7 small cards after the wedding thanking me for my thoughtfulness and they all had a little line that ended with a chuckle about how the small tokens of appreciation were utilized.
and it cost me 85 bucks for everything.
Reply:candles (pillars, tapers, votives, tea lights, etc)
lanterns with candles
swags of twinkle lights
wrapped boxes (that look like gifts)
baskets filled with cookies, candies, treats, favors
cupcakes on nice serving tray (saw this at a wedding where they did cupcake centerpieces)
Reply:Candles, lights, pebbles,
maybe a cluster of battery fairy lights, or small gifts in the center of the table.
Reply:An array of different sized candles arranged decoratively could look nice...
Reply:You could use
Ribbons
Swans, Ornaments
Angels Ornaments
Reply:a goldfish or beta fish in a bowl......guests can take home a new friend!
