Ladies, should I get flowers for my girl on Valentine's Day...?

My question is do I still need to buy her flowers if I already bought her a iPod and spent the time and energy to fill it up with her favorite music. It's not a cheap Nano either, it's the 30GB Video one. I don't really think spending $50+ (they jack up the prices for V-Day) is worth it.

i wouldnt i think what you did for her is perfect now why dont you cook her dinner or rent her all time favorite movie or something. roses die-- i dont like to get them, but you cant tell my boyfriend anything :P
Reply:Instead pour her a bubble bath for 2, put some rose petals in it, bottle of wine, (or whatever you and her prefer) and make it the most romantic night you have ever ever had w/her... Oh, yeah, and PPLLEEEAAASSEEE don't self satisfy until she has done so,---she'll love ya forever!!
Reply:Flowers and chocolates are kinda the save all as far as presents go. It's what you get when you have no idea what to get. You already spent so much time and money on an awesome present that needed a lot of thought and attention. Filling it with her favorite songs was definately awesome. If your girl is a good person and she loves you, she is going to absolutely adore the iPod without needing the flowers that are going to die in a week anyways.


I say stick with the iPod and show her a great time that night.
Reply:hey will dont try to do every thing expencive love can be made cheap u no just make the best food u can make or caryout buy a single rose for the lady have a candle light dinner and BAM she will be soo happy and remember it like it was yesterday will it is from my point of view my boyfriend did that to me so maybe it will work!
